About us

Born and bred in Warminster, Melvin has been working as an Estate Agent since 1966 and started Davis & Latcham in 1992. He now has experience of the local property market spanning seven decades. Melvin is a long-standing Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and believes offering a friendly, personal service is key to the success of the business. A keen gardener, Melvin also enjoys music, travel and spending time with his grandchildren.

Also born and bred locally Wayne has worked alongside Melvin since 2004 and shares his passion for property. Wayne has been awarded the NAEA Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and now has the status of Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. Besides his family and two dogs Barnaby and Bill, Wayne has a passion for cars and is a keen cyclist often riding 40 miles in an evening.

Hannah joined the team in 2018 becoming an Associate Partner in 2026 and recently she became mum to a lovely baby girl Isabelle and is now on maternity leave. She is more than likely the first person to speak to you if you call in or telephone the office. Her quick wit and friendly personality mean she’s a great people person. Hannah’s a tech wiz who seems able to make the most obstinate office equipment behave! She enjoys spending her time baking or walking her dog Ronnie and the challenge of being a new mum to Isabelle..

The office dog who’s friendly and well behaved, most of the time and is much loved by all who know him. Ronnie’s been a teenager since he was a puppy and enjoys going for long walks around Warminster Park, playing with his favourite toys or snoozing in the Sun. He’s usually in the office most Fridays.
