DAVIS & LATCHAM is an independent estate agency established in 1992, although partner-in-charge Melvin Davis and recently retired co-founder Marilyn Latcham both have experience of the local property market spanning 5 decades.

Through this in-depth knowledge of the local area we have gained a reputation for providing a professional, yet friendly, old-fashioned service coupled with state of the art technology, all designed to take the strain out of moving home in today's competitive property market.

Since Wayne joined Davis & Latcham in 2004 he has been awarded the NAEA Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property and now has the status of Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
